Account & usage

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PixNutri
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Subscriptions & payments

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled anytime in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• A plan may include an introductory offer for new subscribers, such as a reduced price for the first month; when it ends, the subscription renews at the regular price unless you cancel
• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first Pro subscription purchase. App Store refunds are issued by Apple; Google Play refunds are issued by us (see our Refund Policy for details)

AI analysis & estimates

• Food photos and text you submit for analysis are processed by Google's Gemini models through Google Firebase. While PixNutri uses Google's free (unpaid) tier of these services, Google may use the content you submit and the generated results to provide, improve and develop its products and machine-learning technologies, and human reviewers may read that content. Please do not submit photos that contain faces, documents or other personal or sensitive information.
• Calorie, macro and health-score results are AI estimates. They can be wrong because of lighting, angle, portion size or hidden ingredients. Review and edit results before relying on them.
• Barcode lookups use the Open Food Facts database, which is maintained by volunteers and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
