Yes, within 30 days of purchase. On iPhone, refunds are issued by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com (we will help you with the steps). On Android, we refund you directly through Google Play. See our Refund Policy.

Google Play refunds are issued by us within 3 to 5 business days. App Store refunds are decided by Apple, usually within 48 hours. Your bank may need a few more days to show the money.

Yes, for taking photos. If you are offline, your photo is saved on your phone (up to 20) and analyzed automatically as soon as you are back online. The AI analysis itself needs a connection.

Yes. Each scan estimates vitamin C, vitamin D, B12, iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium, shown against the FDA Daily Values. You can also track up to 12 supplements with daily reminders and run a fasting timer with a 13, 16, 18 or 20 hour goal. All of this is general guidance, not medical advice.

Share your invite code from the app. When your friend installs PixNutri and logs their first meal, you both get 7 extra scans.

Yes. In Settings you can export your meals, weight and water as CSV files, or everything as a JSON file.
